For the houses that show one, yes: it is refreshed every hour from the rental calendar. Some houses have no calendar yet, and there you enter your dates and we confirm availability by hand.
Fifteen percent, which covers the welcome on arrival, the welcome package, your host on the island and the weekly cleaning. SENSES runs on a hotel model with different terms.
Check in from 15:00 and check out by 10:00. Landing early or flying out late? Add your flight times to your request and we will try to fit the times around them.
It differs per house and is stated on each page. Over Christmas a minimum of fourteen nights applies, and the houses with a Christmas rate list it on their page.
For most of the houses, yes. They are a few minutes south of Kralendijk. We can arrange a rental car and have it waiting on arrival.
From the oceanfront houses, yes. They have steps into the water and rinse basins for your gear, and the reef begins a few meters out.
Yes. Your host is there during the day and a number is answered at night. The same team looks after every house.
