Kas Playa sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, with a private pool, on the beach.
The only house here with a private beach in front of it. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a magnesium pool and the center of Kralendijk within walking distance.
Kas Playa has the most bedrooms of all our houses and is the only one with its own stretch of white sand. The reef begins a few strokes out, so you snorkel straight from the beach.
Inside there are five bedrooms, four with a sea view and one facing the street, each with its own bathroom and climate control. The kitchen is a Bulthaup, there is a private gym, and the living area runs the width of the house on the sea side. Outside: a magnesium pool, a wide veranda, an upstairs balcony, and parking for two cars.
Of all the villas, this one sits closest to town. The restaurants and the boulevard of Kralendijk are a walk rather than a drive, which makes it the house for a group that wants the island as well as the water. Sebastian's restaurant is only a few meters away, just like our dive partner VIP diving Bonaire.
