A house in a Mediterranean style, built along the cliff with the pool, the gazebo and the hot tub all facing the water. The reef starts a few steps below the terrace.
The outdoor space is what this house is for. A terrace under brick arches runs along the front, with a dining table, a barbecue and seating in the shade all afternoon. Past it lie the pool and a hot tub set into the stone, and at the point a domed gazebo stands directly above the water, which is where most people end up eating.
Inside there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a third washroom off the hall. The dining hall has stone arches and a gallery above it. The living room opens onto the terrace.
You have the lower half of the house. The owners' rooms are on the upper floor and stay empty while you are there, and the outdoor areas and the gated parking are yours alone. There is also a separate studio next door with its own kitchen, a double bed and a small bathroom, which can be added for a supplement and is only let together with the house.
The house has its own way into the sea. There is an outdoor shower for afterward, and a spot cut into the cliff with nothing between you and the water.
