The largest of the oceanfront houses. Four bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a pool on the terrace, and steps straight into the Caribbean. Designed by Piet Boon in teak and coral stone.
Kas Chapin sits on the EEG Boulevard just south of Kralendijk, with the water directly in front of it. The upper veranda is where most guests end up: coffee in the morning, dinner at sunset, and the view does not change much in between except the color.
The house is built in Piet Boon style with lots of natural materials. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area has no glass on the sea side, so the trade wind runs through the house all day.
It suits four couples, each with a bedroom and a bathroom of their own. There is a rinse basin for dive gear by the door, which tells you what most guests come for. Also the perfect place if you are snorkelling, diving, kite or windsurfing!
