REEF Villas sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with a private pool, directly on the sea.
Two houses, built the same and standing side by side above the water north of Kralendijk. Take one for six people, or both when you are traveling together.
The two houses are mirror images of each other, each with its own pool, its own terrace and its own way down to the water. That makes them unusual: a family of six has a whole house, and twelve people traveling together have two, without anyone sharing a kitchen.
They are built from wood, local stone and concrete, and they run on solar panels with battery storage.
The living space is on the upper floor, open along the sea side under a deep wooden roof, with the kitchen, the dining table and the lounge all facing the same way. Three bedrooms below, each with a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and its own bathroom.
The reef begins in the back garden. There is a cupboard outside for dive and surf gear with a rinse tank, an outdoor shower, and the marked dive sites Andrea I and Andrea II are within walking distance. The house is cleaned twice a week and the pool once, and a property manager is on call.
