Owning a house on Bonaire usually means seeing it a few weeks a year. We look after it for the rest. We manage high-end villas, houses and apartments on the island for owners who live elsewhere, with the same team that runs the villas in this collection, including several designed by Piet Boon.
Every house in our care meets the standard we rent under our own name. That covers the pool and the garden, the linen and the welcome for every guest. You see the calendar and the returns, and you hear from us as soon as something needs a decision.
What we take care of
Eyes on the house
We inspect the house on a fixed schedule and send a report with photos, whether guests are staying or not.
Maintenance and repairs
We hire trusted local trades, supervise the work and settle the invoices. A broken pump is fixed before it spoils a stay.
Rentals and guests
Inquiries, bookings, the welcome and the handover after every stay. You see the calendar and the returns.
Cleaning and linen
Our own housekeeping team cleans every house and takes care of the linen, so each guest arrives to the same standard.
